This tutorial will walk you through the steps to reactivate a suspended subscription line item in SuiteBilling.
Step-by-Step Guide 📋
- Navigate to Subscriptions
- First, go to Transactions > Subscriptions > Create Subscriptions > List.🗂️
- Select the Subscription
- Choose the subscription you want to reactivate and click on View.🔍
- Reactivate the Subscription
- In the Actions menu, select Reactivate.⚙️
- Set Effective Date and Modification Type
- You’ll be prompted to set the Effective Date and choose the Modification Type:
- Options include New or Churn, Upsell or Downsell, and Ignored.📅
- You’ll be prompted to set the Effective Date and choose the Modification Type:
- Select Line Items for Reactivation
- Click on the Apply checkbox for the line items you want to reactivate.✏️
- If the checkbox is grayed out, it means the item is not available for reactivation.
- Click on the Apply checkbox for the line items you want to reactivate.✏️
- Save Changes
