Step-by-Step Guide 📋

1. Navigate to Manage Accounting Periods 🗂️
   • Go to Setup > Accounting.
   • Select Manage Accounting Periods.
2. Select the Period 📅
   • Choose the accounting period you want to lock.
3. Lock the Period 🔒
   • Click on the checklist icon.
   • On the left-hand side, click on the Go to Task.
   • Select Lock AR.
   • Choose the subsidiaries you want to lock the period for.
     • Tip: You can use Mark All or Unmark All to speed up the process.
4. Submit Your Changes 📨
   • When you’re done selecting the subsidiaries, click Submit to lock the accounting period.
