2. Edit the Subsidiary or Company Record ✍️
- Select a subsidiary (for OneWorld) or your company record (for Non-OneWorld).
- Click Edit to modify the settings.
3. Enable Bulk Subscription Activation Reminder 📧
- Check the box labeled Send Subscription Activation Reminder Email in Bulk.
- This allows reminders to be sent manually or on a schedule.
- The script will identify subscriptions pending activation that are fully fulfilled and send reminders.
4. Enable Fulfillment-Based Reminders ✅
- Check the Send Upon Fulfillment box to send reminders immediately when items are fully fulfilled.
- Reminders will be triggered by the fulfillment status.
