ACH payments and Stripe card fees

ACH payments

In the Payments settings just click on the “…” next to Stripe and choose “Activate ACH payments”. This is only available if your Stripe country account is in the US.

When active, you will see the “ACH” option on the customer payment portal:

In the same sub-menu as for ACH above, just choose “Pass card processing fees”, then you can decide how much you want to charge your customers:

When doing a payment, we will show the customer how much they will be charged on top of the invoice:


This is the Stripe fee guide for the US (see below screenshot). Because it is the your own Stripe API key, the money always goes directly to you, not through Kolleno.

You can decide a percentage (variable) and a fixed fee to add to every card transaction. Kolleno will automatically calculate how much it is, then add it to the final amount when paying based on the formula here: https://support.stripe.com/questions/passing-the-stripe-fee-on-to-customers
