1. Ensure Necessary Permissions and Features Are Enabled ✅
- Confirm that your role has Edit Level Search Reporting Access Permission.
- Enable Advanced PDF/HTML Templates:
- Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
- Under the SuiteCloud tab, check the box for Advanced PDF/HTML Templates.
2. Open a Transaction and View GL Impact 📄
- Navigate to the desired transaction, such as an invoice:
- Go to Transactions > Invoices and select an invoice.
- Click on Actions and choose GL Impact.
3. Print or Export GL Impact Options 📤
- On the GL Impact page, you’ll find the following options in the top-left:
- Export to CSV or Excel: For data manipulation.
- Print: To generate a PDF.
